Large Domestic Appliances (LDA) processing line:
It uses the fragmentation and mechanical separation of fractions to recover materials such as steel, aluminum, copper, and plastics.
The recovered raw materials achieve up to 99% purity, which makes them a sought-after input material for steel mills, foundries and production plants.
Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) processing line:
It enables efficient crushing of diverse material/input streams and its precise separation into fractions of ferrous and non-ferrous metals as well as plastics.
Plastic recycling line - an innovative solution using the results of many years of R&D work:
It is a proprietary process designed to separate the different types of material and remove impurities (minerals, metals, wood, or rubber).
It also allows crushing to the desired fraction size, colour selection, and regranulation of plastics.
Disassembly of the CRT monitors and liquid crystal display (LCD) panels line:
Thanks to the filters used to remove harmful phosphor, it allows for the safe cutting of CRT glass.
On the other hand, the stations for mechanical-manual disassembly of LCD monitors allow for non-invasive removal of elements that may contain hazardous substances (e.g., mercury) and their proper utilisation.
Used toners processing line:
The line was created by utilising many years of experience of the plant's operation and cooperation with foreign partners.
The central part of the line is an automated system for the safe removal of hazardous substances, which allows the recovery of high-quality plastics.
