Collection of WEEE

General rules of collection

Collection of electronic waste is carried out according to the following scheme:

  1. acceptance of the collection order (phone / e-mail / form) - it is required to provide basic information, i.e. the type and weight of waste, address data and a contact person's details,
  2. determining the conditions of the collection (price / cost of the service / cost of transport) – sending illustrative photos of the waste items facilitates valuation and the selection of an appropriate means of transport,
  3. setting the deadline for performance - it is possible to collect waste using an Elektrorecykling vehicle, or deliver waste on one's own – for the second option, notification is required 24 hours in advance,
  4. performance of the collection / delivery - Elektrorecykling vehicles are equipped with electronic scales allowing for the measurement of the weight of waste at the place of collection
  5. issuing waste transfer notes (KPO) and other documents confirming acceptance of the waste / performance of the service.

IMPORTANT!
The transferred equipment should be complete. Dismantling waste equipment on one's own, outside a processing plant, is prohibited and punishable by a fine.
